EVISU offers a flexible return policy allowing you to return items within 14 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags and security seals intact. We strive to ensure your premium denim and apparel purchases meet the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, authenticity cards, and branded dust bags are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a collection.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for authenticity and condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
