How can I ensure my EVISU products are authentic?

Every EVISU garment comes with a unique authenticity tag. You can verify your product by scanning the QR code or entering the serial number on our official authentication portal.

What is your return policy for denim and apparel?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are in their original condition with all tags and the seagull logo branding intact. Please note that customized or hemmed denim cannot be returned.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide via premium couriers. Shipping costs and delivery timelines vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

How should I wash my raw selvedge denim?

To preserve the unique character and indigo dye of your raw denim, we recommend avoiding washing for the first six months. When necessary, hand wash inside out in cold water and air dry.
